Disabled Facilities

We have the following facilities to help people with wheelchairs and various disabilities:

• Illuminated car park
• We have disabled parking bays near to the entrance in every pub. Please only use these if you are a Blue Badge holder. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars whilst parked in our car parks.
• Wheelchair access to all trading areas on the ground floor
• Disabled toilet on the ground floor

I’m sorry, but we do not have wheelchair access to the first floor restaurant or Garden Room restaurant. But we are happy to lend a hand up the stairs to anyone who asks.

Please let us know at the time of booking if your party includes people who need to seat at ground floor level (ie cannot get up to the first floor restaurant or Garden Room restaurant).

We can talk through the menus with anyone (we love talking about our food!). You might want us to do this if you or a member of your party has reading / sight difficulties.

The Bulls Head, Repton

The bar area is fully accessible to disabled guests and is wheelchair friendly.

We do not normally take bookings in the bar area but we will take bookings in the pub for disabled guests and provide full table service.

Unfortunately, the Longhorn Restaurant, Garden Room and outside terraced areas have steps and are not accessible via a wheelchair

The Joiners Arms, Quarndon

The Joiners Arms is all on one level, so all areas are wheelchair accessible.

Please note that the front door has steps – wheelchair access is via The Garden Room at the pergola side of the building.

Disabled parking spaces are available near the Garden Room entrance.

The Swan, Walton on Trent

The disabled entrance is from the side driveway – as main entrance has steps.

The bar area and conservatory are on the same level and are wheelchair accessible.

The Ground Floor Restaurant has two small steps for access.

Sorry, the First Floor restaurant is not wheelchair accessible and is only accessible via the stairs.

The Hunloke Arms, Wingerworth

The bar and ground floor restaurant are on one level and are wheelchair accessible.

The First Floor Restaurant is up a flight of stairs so, we are sorry – it is not wheelchair accessible.

The Three Tuns, Lichfield

The bar area, terrace and part of the ground floor restaurant are all on the same level.

Part of the ground floor restaurant has three steps.

The first floor restaurant and mezzanine areas are upstairs and are not wheelchair accessible. Sorry.

The Blue Stoops , Dronfield

The bar area, orangery, restaurant and snug are all on the same level.

The first floor restaurant is upstairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Sorry.

The Bulls Head, East Leake

The bar area, Soft 'n' Low and Garden Room are all on the same level.

The first floor restaurant is upstairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Sorry.
